Learning Log:

This week, I learnt how to actually use CSS Pseudo Elements to make animation effects. I tended to use some hover effects and making underline buttons through CSS in my previous assignments. However, I learnt those from Youtube, rather than on W3 School. Before, I only followed the way how You-tubers make those effects, instead of playing around and actually learnt all those attributes of Pseudo Elements. In this case, by this time, I practiced a lot while doing my mid-term projects. I finally learnt how to use them correctly and I also made some changes so that I could customize my own portfolio page.

I was really important for me to know how to use Pseudo elements, otherwise, my website would actually lost interactivity and the user-experience might be worse, especially when I was making buttons or highlights, due to the importance of feedbacks. I am looking forward to know more about what CSS can do, especially making animations.
